" Growing up, I witnessed my mother's sacrifices in our traditional Indian family, where fairness often took a back seat to expectations. She did it all to see my siblings and me achieve something greater. Through the Millennium Fellowship, I aspire to empower more women like her, educating them about their rights. The fellowship's network will help me reach overlooked communities, and provide the guidance and connections I need to make a broader impact. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Ibtida

women and children through education, awareness, and action. The project aims to bridge the gap between knowledge and accessibility, addressing critical issues like menstruation health and hygiene, cyber safety, child safety, and career guidance.
The project operates at the grassroots level, conducting workshops and interactive sessions for underprivileged communities and school children to ensure impactful and sustainable change. It collaborates with experts, volunteers, and like-minded organizations to create a safe and inclusive environment where participants can learn, express themselves, and grow.
Through its multifaceted approach, Ibtida is not only empowering individuals but also fostering a culture of awareness and empathy, paving the way for a society where everyone can thrive equally and with dignity.
