This will enrich my ideas and further hone my leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. It will also expand my knowledge and help me grow as a person. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Aurora
Project Aurora is a pro bono skill development initiative that bridges the gap between marginalized students and the professional world. It focuses on equipping students with the essential skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in their careers while fostering an inclusive and equitable environment. The project provides mentorship, training, and support to help students acquire industry-relevant competencies and ease their transition into professional spaces. By organizing monthly mock interviews and aptitude tests, it familiarizes students with professional processes and reduces anxiety during this critical transition.
About the Millennium Fellow
Aditi is a passionate and hardworking student at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. Born and raised in Delhi, she is currently pursuing her undergraduate studies. Deeply conscious of women's rights , Aditi is committed to making a positive impact by working at the grassroots level to address real-time challenges. With a vision of creating a community of like-minded individuals, she aspires to work in a professional field that contributes to the development of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
