Millennium Fellowship Project: Saksham
Saksham aims at making sustainability streamlined, a lot of people are still ignorant about sustainability practices and other government initiaties that are offered, or they are unaware of the researches that have been done in the field of sustainability. Hence I wanted to target rural audience which can be educated about these information in there regional or official language of India that is hindi, so that they can know about these practices and use them in there work.
About the Millennium Fellow
Gauri Gupta , pursuing Economics Honours from Delhi University, India is a passionate individual who aims to make sustainability streamlined by working for the society and raising concerns as to how sustainability is the need of an hour . She is driven by collaborating with like like minded community and establishing a network strong enough to educate people about sustainability and it's practices. She aims to establish herself in the field of Economic and Sustainable Development and has taken a first step by joining Millennium Fellowship program to achieve follow her passion for sustainability and bring a change in the society.
