" I am deeply committed to empowering women and advancing financial literacy because I believe in the untapped potential within every individual. With the right opportunities, mentorship, and support, women can break barriers and redefine their futures. My journey has been shaped by those who believed in me, and now, I strive to be that source of belief and encouragement for others. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: NILIMA

We are a first-of-a-kind, not-for-profit organization to increase the participation of Indian women in sports by focusing on three pillars:
• Awareness: Amplifying the voices and achievements of women athletes, ensuring that their successes are recognized and celebrated on a global stage. • Accessibility: Bridging the gap between talent and opportunity by connecting aspiring athletes with the best resources—coaches and training facilities—to ensure they have what they need to excel.
• Assistance: Building a peer-to-peer (player-to-player) network where experienced women athletes — those who have already navigated the highs and lows of their journey—can mentor and guide those now facing similar obstacles.
