Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainably Nourished

In this project we will mainly focus on providing food security to the needy people. Firstly we are planning to talk with the student union of different colleges and prepare a report of how much and what kind of food is left in the college canteens . On the basis of the report we will ask them if they can provide us with that leftover food which we will donate to the people in slums and wherever needed . We are also planning awareness sessions on the topics - balanced diet for children below age of 8 , food that can be eaten during pregnancy. By collaborating with different established ngo’s we can work on a larger scale ( helpers hand , Robin Hood army) . During our tenure we will be focusing on a particular area . We will also organise a donation camp where we will ask people to donate non perishable items
