" I am very passionate about the girls education. I believe in their strengths. I want to support them by guiding them and making them feel heard and supported. I am here just because someone trusted me although my journey was not very smooth but I want to be there guiding light. I am very excited to start this journey because it will help me to work on this real problem and impact so many lives. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Project Udaan

Our initiative, under the Millennium Fellowship 2024 and supported by the United Nations, focuses on empowering underprivileged female students through career counseling in government schools. Recognizing that many young women lack awareness of available scholarships, career pathways, and educational resources, my project addresses this gap by providing structured guidance and resources tailored to their needs. The goal is to equip these students with the knowledge to make informed career choices, thereby promoting gender equity in education and employment. By raising awareness of diverse career options and available support systems, my initiative aims to foster self-confidence and independence among participants. This social impact project not only empowers individuals but also contributes to breaking the cycle of educational and economic disparity, ultimately supporting a more inclusive and equitable society.
