Millennium Fellowship Project: Climate Action Campaign: Educate, Empower, Engage
The project aims to raise awareness and promotes actionable solutions for climate change, focusing on sustainable practices within local communities and educational communities. By engaging students and residents through workshops, campaigns and eco friendly initiatives, the project foster a culture if environment stewardship
Activities include promoting waste management , conducting plantation drive etc. The project aims to inspire change in the environment and advocate for policies to stop and undo climate change.
About the Millennium Fellow
Suryanshi Bhatt is a passionate and driven final-year student at the University of Delhi South Campus. Born in Uttrakhand, India and currently studying in Delhi, she carries with her a deep love for her roots and a strong commitment to addressing global issues. Suryanshi's journey has been shaped by her dedication to climate change and environmental advocacy, which have fueled her desire to make a real difference in the world. From participating in grassroots initiatives to raising awareness among her peers, she's always been at the forefront of the fight for a sustainable future. As she looks ahead, Suryanshi is determined to continue her efforts, aspiring to create a world where everyone can thrive. She hopes to play a meaningful role in shaping a better future and contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
