Millennium Fellowship Project: Modernizing Legal Infrastructure
Technology and Innovation are the primary source of this project on Modernizing Legal Infrastructure. This project has an aim of improving the legal sector by improving how people access legal services, take part in policy formulation and help them improve administrative services through legal enforcement. By harnessing the power of technology and AI it will, it will help educate people on their rights and laws to abide by, at the same time reducing corruption by those people in charge of administrative bodies. We are in a brink of an era where the use of social media has risen like never before, therefore, we can use this focus to enhance how we conduct legal activities and how we enforce those representing us to perform in their administrative functions. This project will therefore incorporate public bodies, organizations, institutions and the people will be at the centre of focus of this project. It will aim to bridge the gap pf communication and law enforcement between these bodies and it will expand the scope of institutions and associations in their administrative functions. The project will allow the creation of petitions among other features that will tend to curb maladministration. It will expand the market for legal professionals and bodies and people will have more insights and opportunities after filling the gap of miscommunication between these bodies with the people. With incorporation of more ideas, these project is prospective and it is the future that is here and it is upn us to build it.
