Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health
My project focuses on measures we can put in place to curb cases related mental health,the simple practiceses that everyone in the society can take part in and participate such simple exercise, enough sleep, smiling or Loughing atleast everyday and many more .this practices help easy pressure on onself,gives time to recuperate from previous task and get new energy to start on a new task or a new day.with this practices put in action it is easier to overcome mental related problems
About the Millennium Fellow
Erick Wangira is competitive,self reliant and resilient young man who was born in
western part of Kenya currently a student at Egerton University pasuing Biomedical
science a passionate scientist who want to become a pathologist in future .Erick is
looking forward and optimistic to meet the fellow passionate pathologists and scientist
so as to self develop and bring the change that this generation really wants ,Erick has
never relent nor leave any goal that he puts his mind on .It is beyond any reasonable
doubt that when great minds come together then great things will be
accomplished,Erick is looking forward to achieve greater things with this class of 2024
