" "Joining the Millennium Fellowship will help me contribute to impactful initiatives like Emotizen, which focuses on fostering empathy and emotional resilience in students. I’m eager to collaborate on creating environments with compassionate, bias-free teaching and emotional mastery, aligning these efforts with global goals to support meaningful change." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: EmotiZen

EmotiZen seeks to propel SDG 3: Good Helath and Wellbeing and SDG 4: Quality Education on our university campus and beyond by focusing on the mental and emotional wellbeing causes specifically. To do so, we planned three events:
1: A workshop for students and faculty members on Emotional Regulation and Stress Management in the workplace (already executed in collaboration with our university's Armacost Psychological Society) 2: A Teaher Training Session on 'Compassionate Disciplining and Bias Free Teaching' in collaboration with the Department of Education of our university. (Currently in process)
3: An Art Therapy Workshop for the students at the Qadam NGO. In collaboration with the Restorative Niche (a creative arts space in Lahore, Pakistan).
