Millennium Fellowship Project: Change for the Earth: Every Action Counts
For my project, I chose to develop a website centered on the topic of climate change. I organized the website into four main sections: a homepage with essential information on climate change, a resource page linking to organizations involved in climate action, and a glossary of key climate-related terms. To make the content accessible to a broader audience, I translated the information into Spanish and Creole as well. The website’s homepage provides information in English and features a navigation bar that allows users to select and view the content in Spanish or Creole. The website I developed includes a homepage with essential information, a resources section for users to explore, and a glossary of key terms related to climate change.
About the Millennium Fellow
As a senior Computer Science student, I am passionate about leveraging technology to address pressing global challenges. Currently, I am working on a fellowship project to develop a Climate Change website designed to educate the public about climate change and provide actionable ways to combat it. Alongside my academic pursuits, I am actively involved in volunteering, which enhances my commitment to community service and personal growth. While I am exploring various fields within technology, my focus remains on creating impactful and innovative solutions that make a difference.
