Millennium Fellowship Project: Nesteos

The project leverages artificial intelligence to advance sustainable real estate development by optimizing design, construction, and management processes for minimal environmental impact. AI is employed to analyze materials, predict energy needs, and enhance land-use efficiency, creating eco-friendly urban spaces. By integrating renewable energy, real-time monitoring, and circular economy principles, the project aims to reduce carbon footprints and operational costs while improving community well-being. This initiative aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those focused on sustainable cities and climate action, addressing challenges in resource management and urban resilience.
