Millennium Fellowship Project: SchoolBuddy
IVIS SchoolBuddy is an educational initiative developed by David Olukayode as part of his commitment to SDG 4: Quality Education. This project was designed to support students at Issachar Vision Secondary School (IVIS) in Ojoo, Ibadan, by enhancing their learning experiences through ICT. By focusing on interactive learning and practical data processing skills, SchoolBuddy helped bridge gaps in education, particularly in STEM subjects, empowering students with the skills needed for the future.
The program included practical lessons, real-world applications, and creative ideas that engaged students beyond traditional classroom learning. Despite limited resources, SchoolBuddy succeeded in creating a dynamic learning environment, helping students develop confidence and curiosity in their academic journey.
