" I am determined to improve health outcomes globally and within the United States. The Millennium Fellowship excites me because it allows me to collaborate with my community, give back, and learn from the innovative projects my peers are leading. This fellowship is a chance to make a real impact and work towards my passion for better health outcomes. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: CommunityHealth ATL
I changed the name from DataCare Atl to CommunityHealth ATL: Bridging Health Disparities in Atlanta. CommunityHealth ATL is an initiative addressing health disparities in underserved Atlanta communities. By harnessing data from NYU Langone Health, our project targets chronic health issues affecting socially disadvantaged populations. Our primary goals are to raise awareness, provide health education, and empower individuals to adopt preventive health practices. Through strategic partnerships and outreach events, we aim to create a lasting social impact by fostering health equity and supporting sustainable well-being for marginalized groups.
