Georgia Institute of Technology | Georgia, United States | Advancing SDG 9, SDG 8 & UNAI 1

" Empowering others through strategic initiatives and a commitment to healthcare equity drives my passion for leadership and change. The Millennium Fellowship offers a unique platform to amplify my impact, particularly in addressing disparities in healthcare access and outcomes. I am excited to collaborate with like-minded individuals to create sustainable solutions that align with the UNAI principles and SDGs, making a tangible difference in our global community. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Capitalism for a Cause
My project focuses on researching how traditionally capitalist strategies can be ethically integrated into nonprofit work to enhance their efficiency, resilience, and impact. This initiative aims to address systemic challenges in the nonprofit sector, including overreliance on traditional funding models and the prevalence of performative activism. By collaborating with Georgia Tech professors and local nonprofit leaders, I am exploring innovative methods such as social enterprises and self-sustaining revenue streams that empower nonprofits to maintain their mission while achieving long-term success.
The ultimate goal of this project is to inspire nonprofit organizations to adopt adaptable, mission-driven approaches, ensuring they thrive in a fast-paced, complex world and drive meaningful, sustainable change in their communities.
