Millennium Fellowship Project: Zentangle — The Art of Self-Discovery
This project aims to utilize creative Zentangle art sessions to enhance self-understanding and mental well-being among SEN (Special Educational Needs) students at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). With our shared background in Psychology and Education for Special Educational Needs, we recognize the importance of catering to a community often marginalized in society. Therefore, we have chosen Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being as our theme to promote wellness for students at the university. The project will provide a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and foster a sense of community.
