Millennium Fellowship Project: Empower Teacher, Empower Education
Our project, titled "Empower Teachers, Empower Education," aligns with SDG-4 (Quality Education) and aims to support the professional growth of teachers. We believe we can improve education at its core by equipping educators with the necessary skills and tools. The primary objectives of this project are to:
1. Empower teachers by providing them with relevant, impactful training.
2. Improve the quality of education through enhanced teaching practices.
3. Highlight our achievements in equipping educators with modern teaching methods.
4. Promote Educational sustainability by ensuring lasting benefits in the classroom.
Key Elements of the Training
Our proposed training session focuses on several critical areas that are essential for effective teaching and learning:
• Lesson Planning: Structured techniques to create well-organized and engaging lessons including the following aspects
o SLOs
o Motivational Activity
o Teaching Session o Assessment Activity
About the Millennium Fellow
Aqsa Soomro is a dynamic and creative BBA student at Sukkur IBA University. Born in
Larkana, Pakistan, she is currently pursuing her studies in Sukkur. From a young age,
Aqsa has been deeply passionate about advocating for human rights and supporting
those in need. She has actively volunteered with various humanitarian organizations,
striving to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the underprivileged. Aqsa is eager
to further develop her skills and continue her mission of social change through
platforms that will help her grow and contribute even more effectively in the future.
