United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

This fellowship will help learn these skills—creativity and commitment by actively
engaging in problem-solving, adapting innovative approaches to overcome challenges,
and consistently working towards the project's goals. When we will design, implement,
and refine ideas, they will develop creative solutions and reinforce our dedication to
seeing the project through to its successful completion. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Empower Teacher, Empower Education

Our project, titled "Empower Teachers, Empower Education," aligns with SDG-4 (Quality Education) and aims to support the professional growth of teachers. We believe we can improve education at its core by equipping educators with the necessary skills and tools. The primary objectives of this project are to:
1. Empower teachers by providing them with relevant, impactful training.
2. Improve the quality of education through enhanced teaching practices.
3. Highlight our achievements in equipping educators with modern teaching methods.
4. Promote Educational sustainability by ensuring lasting benefits in the classroom.
Key Elements of the Training
Our proposed training session focuses on several critical areas that are essential for effective teaching and learning:
• Lesson Planning: Structured techniques to create well-organized and engaging lessons including the following aspects
o SLOs
o Motivational Activity
o Teaching Session o Assessment Activity

About the Millennium Fellow

Isra Azeem is a bright, young, dedicated student. She is persuing bachelor's in
Education from Sukkur IBA University currently in her final year. Isra has worked in
several projects such as STEAM, as well as she has remained part of various in campus
societies. She is passionately committed to the belief that education is the most
powerful tool for social change. She is dedicated towards improving the students'
learning experiences and motivated to work for the betterment of the society.
