Millennium Fellowship Project: Health in it's Diversification

Our project is centered on preventive health, it aims to provide health education to women in rural communities, it is divisified as it's name implies and focuses on prevention and creating awareness of malaria, breast cancer and cervical cancer in women, it also focuses on sensitization of women on the importance of thr HPV vaccines. It emphasizes the importance of early detection and symptoms.

About the Millennium Fellow

Caleb Okegbemi is a 3rd year Student at the University of Ibadan currently enrolled in the PharmD program, Caleb is committed to expanding his knowledge and skills in the field of pharmacy. Caleb actively engages in research projects, exploring innovative approaches to drug development and patient care.
Outside of his academic pursuits, Caleb is an active member of several pharmacy organizations, including the Future Pharmacy Initiative (FPI) UI chapter, Pharmafluence Educational Advancement Network (PEAN). He currently serve as the Public Relation
Officer for the Public Health Team - PANS UI. Through these organizations, he actively participates in community outreach programs, providing medication counseling and health education to underserved populations.
Caleb's passion for pharmacy extends beyond the classroom. He is always up to date with the latest advancements in the field and actively seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge. He has attended several webinars and workshops, where he has had the chance to network with professionals and gain insights into the industry.
With his strong work ethic, determination, and exceptional communication skills, Caleb aspires to become a well-rounded pharmacist who can contribute to the improvement of healthcare in Nigeria.
