" I am very passionate about mental health awareness especially among adolence/young adults. Many youth today have poor knowledge about how better to prioritize their mental well-being, thereby, leading to the increased rate of anxiety, depression, trauma, drug abuse and even in extreme cases Suicide. As a young adult in my mid 20's I personally have gone through my share of this phase of life and I know it takes the right people and opportunities around an individual to keep them sane and have them achieve their goals in life. I believe that the Millennium Fellowship will give me a solid platform to advocate mental health awareness and help young adults struggling with such mental health concerns. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: It's your Time. Bloom!

“This is your Time, Bloom” is an initiative that will
give adolescents and young adults a safe space
to express their challenges with puberty,
transition to the real world/adulthood, family,
friends, and the society. Also providing help in
form of counseling and if possible help them get
professional help.
