United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Educate Us

EDUCATE US is a initiative comprising students from diverse fields dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of secondary school students in our community. The project is centered around five key areas:Enhancing Digital Literacy,Providing Mentorship for pursuing higher education,Imparting Lucrative Skills,Educating on Nutrition, and Cultivating Effective Communication through public speaking.The approach to achieving these goals involves:Sequentially visiting each secondary school to address the aforementioned objectives,Cultivating partnerships with other relevant stakeholders.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mpieri Ezinne Thelma is a 300-level medical student at the University of Ibadan. She is a diligent, daring, and using her voice to bring about the change she envisions for her community. Ezinne is committed to finding a purpose for herself and others. For she believes that you have to be the change you want to see in the world first. She is currently working on spreading Digital Literacy Awareness in her community and she aims to achieve this SDG4, which is focused on quality education.
