Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthier Living In Tropics

The project target communities in my region creating awareness about Neglected Tropical Diseases, the cause, symptoms and remedies. This awareness campaign will help create knowledge about NTDs, they are referred to as Neglected because there is not enough awareness about them. Also, the project involves sanitation within the community and sensitization about the need for good water and proper community health care.
This project is in line with the Sustainable Development Goal three(3)
good health and well-being, the goal of the project is to improve healthy living and encourage proper hygiene which are key in eradicating and reducing the prevalence of Neglected Tropical Diseases.
