Millennium Fellowship Project: Students for Special Hearts
The foundation focuses on improving the lives of children with disabilities and those in orphanage homes by addressing their health, nutrition, education, and overall well-being. Its initiatives align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), emphasizing care for children with special needs. The organization aims to foster partnerships with larger organizations, promote healthy growth, and equip children with education and skills for a better future.
About the Millennium Fellow
Obirija Somtochukwu Joshua is a devoted Pharmacy student at the University of Ibadan, (Pharm.D). He was born and raised in Nigeria, west Africa.
He is an ardent advocate for policies that promotes social justice and Public health.
His outstanding leadership skills has led him from being a member of the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria Students, University of Ibadan, Senate house where he advocated for pro-student policy to an Honourable member of the Students Representative Council of the University of Ibadan Students Union.
He is also an award-winning public speaker and is currently the speech coach of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall Literary and Debating society.
