United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Students for Special Hearts

The foundation focuses on improving the lives of children with disabilities and those in orphanage homes by addressing their health, nutrition, education, and overall well-being. Its initiatives align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), emphasizing care for children with special needs. The organization aims to foster partnerships with larger organizations, promote healthy growth, and equip children with education and skills for a better future.

About the Millennium Fellow

Timothy Toluwani Adeleke is a visionary Computer Science student at the University of Ibadan, where he’s transforming his passion for technology into real-world solutions that leave a lasting impact.
Known for his knack for innovation, Timothy has automated processes during internships and led groundbreaking projects, such as streamlining industrial training management processes at ITCC, UI. His expertise and drive to solve complex challenges were further demonstrated when he and his team won the 2024 NDPC Premier Hackathon.
Timothy’s work is fueled by a commitment to global progress, particularly in advancing Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG 9), Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3) while championing quality education (SDG 4). As a student member of ISACA and a member of The Room from ALX Africa, Timothy is constantly expanding his knowledge and network, staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
With a natural ability to lead and inspire, Timothy brings together diverse teams to create technology that truly makes a difference. When he's not pushing the boundaries of what's possible, you’ll find him diving into the latest tech trends, analyzing markets, or brainstorming his next big idea.
