" I am really excited to be a Millennium Fellow because being part of such a vibrant and dynamic international community is truly motivational. I find my peers inspiring, and I think I will be able to learn a lot from them and their social impact projects. I feel like the support of Fellows from my campus will be key in moving all of us forwards. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Towards Understanding: IR Dialogues For Peace

The IE International Relations Society Peace Series is an initiative organised by the IE International Relations Society aimed at educating and empowering future decision-makers to address global conflicts. This project organizes interactive events focusing on current world conflicts, where participants first gain an understanding of the issues and then collaborate in exercises on how peace can be achieved. By fostering discussions on geopolitics, war and peace, and international development, the series supports SDGs related to peace, strong institutions, partnerships, and quality education. With over 120 students reached through six events averaging a 4.5/5 satisfaction rating, the initiative is creating a platform for informed dialogue and innovative thinking about conflict resolution, preparing the next generation to prioritize peace in their leadership roles.
