Empower Her is a website designed exclusively for college girls, focusing on personal development, self-grooming, and empowerment. The platform aims to bridge the gap between access to grooming resources and young women's aspirations to build confidence and thrive in various aspects of their lives.

The project aims to expand by integrating offline events, collaborations with grooming and wellness brands, and developing a mobile app for greater accessibility. Ultimately, it seeks to empower young women to embrace their individuality and pursue their goals with confidence.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sneha Roychowdhury is a sophomore majoring in Electronics and Communication with AI from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, India.
She's been passionate about helping people through the means of technology, and with the very same spirit, she founded the mental health club, AHIMSA back in her school days - which is helpong 1300+ students every year in her school.
A winner of prestigious international and national competitions, she juggles her time between her passion in engineering and her love to interact with young girls interested in pursuing STEM careers for counseling.
In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and writing poems. As a female engineering undergraduate in India, she aspires to bring a change to people's lives by breaking stereotypes and inspiring more women to pursue a career in STEM.
