" I am passionate about mental health matters and with the recent trends of mental health illness of the young people in Kenya, I strongly feel that something has to be done. I believe it will start with me. The Millennium Fellowship will help me to learn and enhance my skills in collaboration with other fellows. I believe the fellowship will provide the perfect platform into achieving this dream of creating awareness and educating about mental health as well as providing a safe space for the youths in Kenya. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Care to Mind

The Care to Mind project empowers youth to prioritize mental health by providing accessible resources, safe spaces, and peer support. We address challenges like stress, anxiety, and societal pressures through awareness campaigns, workshops, and counseling services. Our goal is to foster resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being, helping young people lead healthier, fulfilling lives.
