Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health Awareness
The project is under mental health awareness.The aim being to create a safe space to the people in the community to air their opinions and also learn other things from others, literature and experiences.
About the Millennium Fellow
Lydia Mong'are is an enthusiastic young female from Kenya.Born and raised in Kenya and comes first in order of birth.She is currently studying her bachelor's in Radiography at Jomo Kenyatta University Of Agriculture and Technology. She is a very resilient and patient person pushing through all challenges and living happily with what life throws at her.She is a great supporter of always taking care of oneself both physically, spiritually and most especially mentally. In a community that doesn't understand the importance she tries to be vocal about the importance of taking care of one's mental health and believing in yourself.
