United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Elevate8

Jashn-e-Zamastan under our project Elevate8 is a dynamic fest inspired by the principles of SDG-8, which focuses on Decent Work and Economic Growth. This event serves as a platform for fostering entrepreneurship and supporting small-scale businesses by providing them with a space to showcase and sell their products. Through vibrant music and a lively marketplace, it encourages economic participation and community growth, while highlighting the importance of skill development and sustainable livelihoods. Jashn-e-Zamastan embodies the spirit of empowerment and opportunity, creating a festive yet meaningful environment for individuals and businesses to thrive.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ifreen Farooq, is currently pursuing her law and has been born and brought up in India. She has always been passionate about helping people around her and has advocated for equal opportunities. She has always wanted to get an opportunity through which she can help people.
