Millennium Fellowship Project: Imp 'ACT'
We aim to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene and the importance of overall hygiene. As part of our efforts, we distributed sanitary pads to women in hospitals who had recently delivered and engaged with underprivileged tribal women to discuss the significance of proper sanitation. Additionally, the capital city of India, Delhi, is facing severe pollution, with the AQI recently reaching 500, which is classified as hazardous. On top of this, there is an ongoing threat of dengue. To contribute to improving the situation, we distributed liquid handwashes to the underprivileged communities. Our primary focus is on promoting hygiene awareness, particularly regarding menstrual hygiene, while addressing broader sanitation challenges.

Muheeba, a driven student at Kashmir Law College (university of kashmir), hails from the stunning region of Kashmir and aspires to contribute to the nation's sustainable goals. Motivated by a deep-rooted connection to her homeland, Muheeba seeks to intertwine her legal education with a commitment to advancing sustainable development objectives. With a vision to leverage her expertise in law towards promoting environmental conservation, social equity, and economic progress, Muheeba aims to play a pivotal role in shaping a more sustainable future for her nation, blending her passion for justice with a dedication to the greater good.
