Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Horizons: Advancing Girls' Wellbeing
HEALTHY HORIZONS: ADVANCING GIRLS' WELLBEING It's a project which is five months old and I've been working with my fellow colleagues to bring change to girls, not only conducting pads drive to them but also mentoring them about how to be safe and be able to achieve their goals and dreams in the future. Through interacting with them and mentorships, it makes sure that the girls can be able to thrive and improve their wellbeing and perhaps be independent.
About the Millennium Fellow
BONAVENTURE MWITA RIOBA is a young and competitive pre-resource student at Kenyatta University (Kenya), born in Migori County and resides in Nairobi City( Kenya) and currently studying in Kenyatta University ( Kenya).
He's passionate about mobilizations, outreaches and advocacies for social protection, girl- child empowerment and resource mobilization. Through these initiatives he successfully organized various projects which through his outstanding leadership he's planning to continue in the future. He's ambitious to cultivate these initiatives further and provide his own contribution in the development of the United Nations's Sustainable Goals.
