Millennium Fellowship Project: Propel U

Propel U is a social impact project aimed at mentoring young learners in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Our mission is to bridge the educational gap in STEM by providing mentorship, skills training, and career guidance to young learners, empowering them to pursue opportunities in these fields. Through workshops, hands-on activities, and exposure to industry role models, Propel U aims to inspire the next generation of leaders in STEM.

About the Millennium Fellow

Brian Kipchirchir is a motivated and hardworking civil engineering student at Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya. Born and raised in Kericho, Brian has always been passionate about using engineering as a tool for social impact, particularly in underserved communities. His experiences as an intern in both civil and water engineering roles have deepened his commitment to sustainable development and equitable access to resources. Brian actively participates in leadership roles and community projects, where he applies his technical skills to address local challenges. He aspires to continue making a difference through innovative engineering solutions and impactful leadership.
