Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Life Is A Happy Life
This project is centered on educating the public common non communicable diseases, their prevention, manifestations, when to see a health worker and their management but mostly concetrating on prevention and how to live a healthy life.
About the Millennium Fellow
Nakanwagi Carol Matilda is a 5th year student doing her bachelor's of medicine and surgery at Kampala international University Western Campus. She is a daughter, sister, friend and colleague. She is passionate, ambitious and hardworking. She loves to learn more about her environment and is passionate about creating a difference in the world because many people are suffering. We only live once and that life should be fullfilling and fruitful as well as happy. She believes in the power of knowledge and that each day we are alive to do right and learn something new. She believes in teamwork for two heads are better than one. She believes that through this fellowship she will learn how to transform her passion from words and thoughts to action and change.
