United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Improvement of Sanitation Condition in Ningo Prampram District

The project seeks to provide efficient and effective approaches to improving the sanitation condition within the district. The starting point of th project would be reducing the amount of rubbish in the district presently and providing alternative processing avenues for trash yet produced

About the Millennium Fellow

Chantal Shirley Zikpi is an ambitious agricultural biotechnology undergraduate passionate about environmental sustainability. Born in Tema and now living in Kumasi, she has actively joined advocacy groups during her college years, focusing on waste management and creating a cleaner environment. Chantal aspires to contribute to a collaborative and socially conscious space, where innovative and sustainable solutions to environmental challenges are developed for the betterment of society.
