United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Enhancing Mental Health Well being in Schools

Providing school-based mental health services to students. These include providing mental health education to increase awareness, establishing school mental health clubs to encourage peer-to-peer support and collaborating with schools to develop school mental health programmes.

About the Millennium Fellow

Joan ADOYO is young lady of age 21,born in Uganda.
She was born in Amuria, Uganda and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree of science with education at kyambogo University (main campus).
Joan is passionate about mentoring the youth,impacting resilience and self-belief among the youth.
Joan is a resilient,empathetic and mindful about her peers and environment as a whole.
