" I am thrilled to be a Millennium Fellow because I believe in the power of collective impact. I do this work because I am driven by a passion to create a more just and equitable world, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Through collaboration, innovation, and determination, I know we can solve the complex challenges of our time and build a brighter future for all. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Laddership Programme

The Laddership programme is a mentorship connection initiative. Everyone needs a guide. Therefore, this initiative connects students and recent graduates to industry professionals in their desired career fields. We have mentors in career fields ranging from economics to finance, business, management, academia, accounting, etc. Our goal is to connect about 100 mentees to mentors in their prospective career field in a mentorship period extending at least 3 years to facilitate more economic mobility and career guidance for underprivileged young Nigerians.
