Millennium Fellowship Project: Real Estate 101 [Potential Development & Sustainability]
The Real Estate 101: Your GenZ Smart Move project is an initiative designed to educate and empower students and young adults with knowledge and exposure to the real estate industry. Through a Virtual Workshop Session, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of real estate, including investment opportunities, career pathways, and practical strategies for getting started. Industry experts shared insights on leveraging real estate as a tool for financial growth, helping young individuals understand its accessibility and potential as a long-term asset.
To complement the learning experience, the project featured a Real Estate Tour in collaboration with a real estate company, where participants engaged in property inspections and interacted with industry professionals. This hands-on exposure allowed them to see real estate operations firsthand, including property evaluation, location dynamics, and decision-making processes. By combining theory with practical learning, the project successfully inspired participants to explore real estate as a viable career path and an opportunity for financial empowerment.
