" I have always been fueled and inspired by talking about climate changes and how we get affected by it. MCN will groom me into knowing better and more viable options to rely on to push a strategic action move. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: The Laddership Programme
The Laddership programme is a mentorship connection initiative. Everyone needs a guide. Therefore, this initiative connects students and recent graduates to industry professionals in their desired career fields. We have mentors in career fields ranging from economics to finance, business, management, academia, accounting, etc. Our goal is to connect about 100 mentees to mentors in their prospective career field in a mentorship period extending at least 3 years to facilitate more economic mobility and career guidance for underprivileged young Nigerians.
