" "Creativity and freedom, those are the two driving forces in everything I put my mind to. Leaving this word a better place, in alignment with the UN SDGs, and inspiring others to do the same, even if it is in the slightest, is what i always aspire to do. There is no such thing as a neglegable impact, even the tiniest action towards a good cause matters" "

Millennium Fellowship Project: "I am...": Fall in Love with Yourself First

"I AM..." aims to help teenagers aged 13 to 17 build a positive self-image and improve their mental well-being. The project focuses on addressing the challenges teens face when it comes to self-esteem, body image, and sometimes peer pressure. It includes a mix of social media campaigns, basically using social media to our advantage and not against us, but also school workshops through a specially tailored program implemented in schools. Community outreach to raise awareness and provide support are also options like organizing on-campus activities at my university among other things. Through interactive sessions, the project encourages teens to explore their worth and develop a healthy mindset. Social media platforms are used to create a safe space where teens can connect, share their experiences, and find resources that promote self-love and resilience. Additionally, the project includes a proposal for schools to implement self-esteem-building activities, such as workshops, counseling, and peer support groups, to support students in a school setting.
The project envisions a world where self-esteem starts from within and every teenager understands their value.
