United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" Global impact, community involvement, leadership orientation, connecting with like
minded people, are the things I envisioned by applying to be a Millennium fellow. The
experiences, skills and knowledge I will acquire from being a Millennium fellow will
help me in navigating my path in the direction of social impact to my immediate
community at large on the importance of being aware about polycystic ovarian
syndrome,and how it can be properly managed. I am optimistic about widening my
horizon on awareness about polycystic ovarian syndrome and it's impact on the
reproductive health of females, and align with the SDG Goals. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Repro-Safe Initiative

My project, Repro-Safe Initiative focused on addressing reproductive health issues among reproductiveage, with polycystic ovarian syndrome, as the major aim of this advocacy. It addressed the knowledge of reproductive age female on polycystic ovarian syndrome, the causes, management and prevention. It also broadened the perspective of these reproductive age female on how the health of communities and countries and ultimately the world are only as strong as the health of their women.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ifeoluwa Eunice Agboola is an inspiring and a motivated leader, who has high esteem,
for communities and global impact in the reproductive aspect of health. She was born
in the city of Ibadan, in Oyo State, Nigeria. And currently a 500level Nursing student at
Ladoke Akintola University Of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. She has a
strong passion for international contributions in the promotion of health, for all. She
was opportuned to organise, and volunteer in outreaches and organization, who aimed
at bringing awareness and solutions to people, on global contemporary issues, arising
in the reproductive health of females. With her experiences and exposure, she was
able to deduce that, there is a gap to fill in the reproductive aspect of health. She
however look forward to seeing herself evolve in her career, as a global and a
professional nurse, who provides a sustainable solutions in the reproductive health,
and hereby contributing to the development of the United Nations Sustainable Goals.
