Millennium Fellowship Project: E-Waste management

E-waste management is a project that aims at researching the current status of e-waste in the country, with a main focus on discovering the level of awareness students have regarding the dangers and benefits of e-waste. The initiative seeks to educate and empower young people with skills to refurbish and repurpose e-waste, promoting sustainable practices and reducing environmental harm. By fostering resource recovery and reuse, the project aims to provide useful technology to underserved communities, contributing to a circular economy while addressing the growing challenge of improper e-waste disposal in Uganda.
