Millennium Fellowship Project: E-Waste management
E-waste management is projected that aims at researching about the current status of e-waste in the country with main focus of the discovering the level of awareness that students have in regards to the danagers and benefits of e-waste
About the Millennium Fellow
Joseph Odongo is a dynamic civil engineering student at Makerere University and a passionate advocate for sustainable development. As the SDG Coordinator for Makerere University under SDSN Youth, he leads initiatives promoting youth engagement in sustainability. Joseph has served as Chairperson of the Makerere Engineering Society and Professional Leadership Director of the Rotaract Club of Makerere University demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community development. He co-founded Human At Heart, a non-profit aiding orphans in Uganda, and has represented Uganda in international forums like the World Bank Group Youth Summit and COYEC 2024, championing youth activism and climate action.
