United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Drugs Hatari Campaign

The drugs Hatari is a campaign in response against the increased cases of drug misuse among the youth. It is primarily focusing on creating awareness among the youth and helping the affected individuals.

About the Millennium Fellow

Oliva Owomugisha is a Ugandan born in the western region of the country but currently resides in kampala. She is a student at Makerere University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Agricultural engineering who is passionate about making a change and sustainability of humanity and resources. The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step and it takes a village to make a formidable change. Together we shall reap greatness and positive impact.
