Millennium Fellowship Project: Mindful Pathways Kenya
Mindful Pathways Kenya is a mental health initiative dedicated to fostering emotional well-being and resilience through preventive psychology, mental wellness education, and community-based support. The project focuses on creating safe spaces for individuals and communities to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health, build coping skills, and adopt positive behavior changes.
Our core activities include:
Community Dialogues: Facilitating open discussions on mental health to reduce stigma and promote understanding.
Workshops & Training: Offering psychoeducation on mental wellness, stress management, and self-care practices.
Social Media Campaigns: Raising awareness through engaging and informative content on platforms like TikTok.
Youth Empowerment: Supporting young people through mentorship, life skills training, and capacity-building initiatives.
By combining grassroots engagement with public education, Mindful Pathways Kenya aims to inspire positive mental health practices and create a more compassionate and supportive society.
About the Millennium Fellow
Hezron Hajing'u is a Kenyan psychology student and the founder of Mindful Pathways Kenya, a wellness focused organization. With a deep passion for mental health and professional development, Hezron has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve their personal and societal goals. His expertise in psychology, coupled with his leadership at Mindful Pathways, has made him a respected figure in the field of mental health and counseling in Kenya.
