Millennium Fellowship Project: Building a Welcoming Campus For All
Building a Welcoming Campus For All (BWCFA) is a group project led by Serhat Özdoğan, Rahmi Arıbağ, Türkan Aksu, and Sude Bahçivan. BWCFA is a project initiative focused on improving the quality of education, aligning with the fourth goal of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. The project's primary objective is to establish a communication network among peers from diverse cultural backgrounds on campus, thereby fostering a sustainable educational environment within the university.
About the Millennium Fellow
Serhat Özdoğan is a senior political science and international relations student at Manisa Celal Bayar University in Muradiye,Manisa,Türkiye. Serhat is someone who always strives to challenge himself to become better. Through his education and research, he has observed that people around the world need sustainable leadership that thinks about and truly cares for the future of humanity. He hopes to facilitate the creation of these leaders by improving the quality of education. After he graduates, Serhat plans to take the first step toward becoming one of the decision makers for better future by starting to work for foreign affairs department of his country.
