Millennium Fellowship Project: First Aid Training: Safety Spark

The First Aid Training: Safety Spark project is a transformative initiative aimed at equipping individuals with essential life-saving skills and fostering a culture of safety and preparedness. Led by Ng’ang’a Delvis Njoroge, the project seeks to bridge the gap in First Aid knowledge by providing accessible, practical, and inclusive training tailored to diverse audiences. The project focuses on teaching participants vital First Aid skills, including CPR, burn and scald management, wound care, choking relief, and pediatric First Aid. Through interactive workshops and digital learning platforms, individuals gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, ensuring they are prepared to respond confidently and effectively to emergencies. Designed to reach both urban and rural communities, First Aid Training: Safety Spark prioritizes inclusivity, targeting students, young mothers, and community members. The project emphasizes the importance of practical learning and empowers participants to become safety ambassadors within their own circles, creating a ripple effect of awareness and preparedness across communities. This initiative envisions a future where First Aid knowledge is widespread, enabling individuals to act promptly in emergencies, save lives, and enhance the resilience of their communities. With a dynamic blend of in-person training and digital outreach, First Aid Training: Safety Spark aims to ignite a lasting culture of safety and health awareness.
