Mount Kenya University | Thika, Kenya | Advancing SDG 3, SDG 5 & UNAI 3

" Being selected as a Millennium Fellow fills me with both excitement and a profound sense of responsibility. I'm driven by the conviction that our generation has the power to address global challenges and create lasting positive change. This fellowship provides a unique platform to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share my passion for social impact. Together, we can amplify our efforts, learn from diverse perspectives, and develop innovative solutions to pressing issues. The work I do stems from a deep-seated belief that every individual has the potential to make a difference. Through this fellowship, I aim to hone my skills, broaden my understanding of complex global issues, and contribute meaningfully to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It's not just about personal growth; it's about being part of a collective movement towards a more equitable and sustainable world. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health and Reproductive Care
It worked to sensitize the youth on the best practices for sexual health and also reproductive care. We also sensitized them on the importance of mental health and also organized counselling for those struggling with Mental Health care.
