Millennium Fellowship Project: Plastic Bottles To Purpose

Our project aims at transforming plastic bottles to a useful item. The plastic bottles are shredded into pellets, and these pellets are used as a decorative item when making a key holder. A certain amount of pellets is mixed with Epoxy making a decorative key holder. Alongside this, we are promoting awareness about the importance of recycling through various media outlets.

Pempho Chimoyo, a dedicated student of Industrial and Environmental Physics from Malawi, is a beacon of hope for a sustainable future. Hailing from the vibrant southern region of Africa, Pempho has a deep-rooted passion for clean energy and its transformative potential.
Throughout his final year of studies, Pempho's commitment to environmental sustainability has been unwavering. His enthusiasm for clean energy solutions is fueled by a desire to address the pressing challenges of climate change and promote a healthier planet.
With his insightful understanding of physics and its applications, Pempho is well-equipped to contribute significantly to the development and implementation of innovative clean energy technologies.
