Millennium Fellowship Project: Train Her For Her
TRAIN HER FOR HER is a leadership mentorship program for girls and young women in Primary and secondary schools. Aimed at providing mentorship on leadership and training on the importance of participation in governance at all levels. The goal is to see a rise in the number of women participating in leadership roles and governance in the future.
About the Millennium Fellow
Chipo Sophia Sikwati is a tenacious and ambitious student of Medicine and Surgery at Mulungushi University, School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She was born in Livingstone, Zambia, and was raised in Kabwe and Chilanga. Chilanga is her home town up to present. She has been staying in Ndola since October 2022, when she began the clinical years of her program at Ndola Teaching Hospital. Chipo is passionate about leadership and being a driving force for positive change. Ever since her childhood, she has been passionate about participating in leadership, decision making and female representation. She believes in equity and justice for all. She wants to be a role model, and she plans to keep on advocating for female representation and participation in all sectors.
