Empowerment Through Knowledge: Enhancing HIV Prevention with PEP Awareness"
This project aims to educate university students and community members about Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) and HIV prevention, promoting informed decision-making and reducing the transmission of HIV.
About the Millennium Fellow
Kayondo Brian Simon is a fifth year medical student at mbarara University of science and technology in Uganda, he was born in a small town masindi in Uganda, he is adedicated leader and advocate for HIV awareness and prevention. With a passion for helping others, Brian has held various leadership positions, including Chairperson of the Sexual Harassment and Gender-Based Violence Committee at the University of Science and Technology. Through his work, Brian aims to increase awareness and education about HIV prevention, particularly among university and secondary school students, to reduce the spread of HIV and improve overall community lifestyles.
