" NATURE | ART | MATERIAL, are the three main factors in constant discussion for sustainable and aesthetic growth, using these to question and converse. These factors rightly align with my work. I find beauty and self-driven inspiration working with the same and with the Millennium, would have a great impact where diversity, critique, and encouragement play a great role. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Pathways To Potential

Our initiative aims to provide career exploration opportunities for high school students from low-income backgrounds (grades 9-12), helping them identify their interests and future career paths. Many students in underserved communities lack access to career guidance, mentorship, and resources, which limits their potential for success. Through interactive workshops, industry visits, and the creation of resource materials like guidebooks, zines, and a website, we will empower students to explore diverse career options and understand the steps needed to achieve their goals. Additionally, we will compile information on scholarships and financially accessible career paths. By exposing students to a variety of opportunities and providing them with the tools to make informed decisions, our initiative aims to break the cycle of limited economic mobility and create pathways for long-term success and economic growth for these students, ultimately contributing to greater social and economic equity.
